Foremen talk. Harpa Pro writes.
Voice notes, site photos, and field updates become an organized daily report — automatically, before you leave the site.
Three steps from boots to report.
- 01
Capture the day
Add text notes, photos, and voice updates from the field, in the moment, with one tap.
- 02
Generate the report
Turn the day's captures into a clean, organized report ready to review, edit, and share.
- 03
Analyze across jobs
Track issues, materials, and money across sites — spot overruns and recurring blockers before they grow.
Field-first features, not dashboard fluff.
Voice notes for hands-busy updates
Talk through what’s happening while you walk the site. Harpa Pro transcribes and files it.
Photo-backed documentation
Tag photos to a project and section. Context stays attached, not stuck in a camera roll.
Project-based report history
Every report archived under the right job. Look back across days, weeks, or trades.
Clean report exports
Share PDFs that look like the report your office already expects — no formatting work.
Built for jobsite pace
Big targets, offline-tolerant, glove-friendly. Designed for noise, dust, and gloves.
Drafts you actually review
You stay in control. Harpa Pro drafts; you approve before anything is shared.
Things teams ask before joining the pilot.
Who is Harpa Pro for?
Foremen and site supervisors who own a daily report and want it done before they leave the jobsite. Today we focus on US residential and light-commercial construction; broader trades come later.
Do I need internet on the jobsite?
No. Captures (notes, photos, voice) queue locally and sync when you’re back on data or Wi-Fi. Generation runs after sync, so you’ll see your report once you have signal.
How is my voice data handled?
Recordings are encrypted in transit, transcribed on our backend, and attached to your project. We do not sell or share captures, and you can delete a recording (or a whole project) at any time. Full details land in the privacy policy at launch.
When can I try it?
Early access opens in waves through the iOS pilot. Join the waitlist above and we’ll reach out as your spot opens up. Web and Android come after the iOS pilot stabilises.
What does Harpa Pro cost?
Free during the early-access program. Pricing for general availability will be set with input from pilot users — we’ll share it well before GA, and pilot teams keep their early-access terms.
Get Harpa Pro before everyone else.
Built with field teams. Early users will help shape the reporting workflow — what gets captured, what gets generated, and what your office sees.
- First access when iOS pilots open
